We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, an obvious pricing or listing error, or another legitimate reason.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices and availability are accurate and up to date.
Minor differences in colour, packaging or appearance may occur. Manufacturer specifications may also change from time to time.
If we discover a material error affecting an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email confirming that we have received your order.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for goods that cannot be supplied.
Product availability may change and displaying a product on our website does not guarantee that it will remain available.
5. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Court Gear is not currently VAT registered, and VAT is therefore not separately charged by Court Gear unless our tax status changes and the website is updated accordingly.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your order.

Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed on our website or during checkout where applicable.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If a delivery is delayed or a problem occurs with a courier, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.
7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable Irish and EU consumer law.
Our voluntary returns policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
